Following the debut show of the game process, the creators of Doom Eternal released the first details of the hotly anticipated shooter.
Unlike its predecessor, Doom Eternal will not have a SnapMap map editor, but after the release for the game, they plan to release narrative add-ons.
As for the multiplayer, the traditional modes will not disappear, but there will be innovations: for example, the opportunity to invade the plot campaigns of other players (hello, Dark Souls) in the guise of a demon.
The release of Doom Eternal is expected in 2019 on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Switch. The project versions for home consoles and computers will work at 60 frames per second and for the hybrid Nintendo – at 30.
