The head of the Canadian studio BioWare Casey Hudson in the company’s blog told about what he and his employees were doing this summer. First of all, they visited two large-scale exhibitions: E3 2018 in Los Angeles, where Anthem received more than 30 awards, and Comic-Con in San Diego, where it became known about the partnership with Dark Horse to create books and comics in the Anthem universe. However, the most interesting point in Hudson’s message was a small message to the fans of Dragon Age and Mass Effect. The head of the studio stressed that everything in BioWare “clearly and clearly” is heard by players who want to see new games in these series, so now several small teams are working on “secret developments” at the company, which will please the fans. Apparently, both projects are at a very early stage of production. About Dragon Age 4, we know a long time, and at the end of last year, its development was restarted. Moreover, now almost all BioWare tries to bring Anthem to mind.
About the return to Mass Effect Casey Hudson already mentioned recently, when the journalists of Game Informer interviewed him. According to him, Mass Effect – his child, whom he helped to come into the world, so the eminent developer wants to eventually return the franchise. Apparently, this will happen sooner than many could have guessed.
In addition to talking about Anthem, Mass Effect and Dragon Age, Hudson did not forget to mention Star Wars: The Old Republic, whose team is working on something “amazing” that will make the next 12 months the best year in the history of MMORPG with its release at the end of 2011 of the year.
