It seems that astrologers announced the era of games about feudal Japan – fans of Asian color are already waiting for Nioh 2, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and Ghost of Tsushima. To this company will join and a freshly anonymous remaster Onimusha: Warlords (2001).
Onimusha: Warlords will work with analog sticks and will allow you to select an easy level of complexity from the very beginning (in the original it had to be unlocked). Finally, a new soundtrack and scoring are announced.
Initially, Onimusha was developed as a branch of Resident Evil, and you can easily notice it on the gameplay Warlords. The gme combines battles, exploration of a mysterious castle and a puzzle. The camera angles, as in the “Resident Evil”, are fixed. The main difference from the RE is the setting – Onimusha will throw us into the Japan of the Sengoku period.
Onimusha: Warlords will appear on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 15, 2019. In Europe, the game can be purchased exclusively in digital form.
