According to the manufacturer, it was found that some iPhone X are experiencing problems with the touchscreen. They are associated with a failed component in a screen module. The consequences of this may manifest as follows: the display or part of the screen does not respond to touch or respond with a delay; the display reacts even though there is no touch.
In this regard, Apple decided to launch a program to replace screen modules for affected devices for free to users. Replacement is done through Apple stores or authorized service centers. Other iPhone models do not fall under the replacement program.
