The first information about the GeForce RTX 2050

The TUM_APISAK insider dug up information about a certain NVIDIA video card in the Geekbench database. Presumably, this is a model of GeForce RTX 2050 or GTX 1150, judging by the latest rumors. He tweeted it on his twitter.

Judging by the data, the video card is based on a GPU with 14 computational units, which gives 896 CUDA cores. The maximum frequency of the graphics processor is 1.56 GHz, the amount of video memory is 4 GB. Considering that the notebook’s Intel Core i7-8750H processor appears in the leak, this is probably a mobile card.

The product was able to score 114,206 points in the OpenCL test. For comparison, the model NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti in the same test gains about 85,000 – 95,000 points. This indicates a rather serious increase in productivity.

As expected, the new video card can be shown at the consumer electronics show CES 2019, which will be held in Las Vegas in early January. In the same place, as it is supposed, will show also a new mobile card of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q.
