At the CES 2019 conference, the head of Nvidia, Jensen Huang, presented a new line of gaming laptops based on video cards with RTX technology. As an example, Huang cited the MSI GS65 Stealth laptop, equipped with a GTX 2080 video card. According to the head of Nvidia, this laptop takes up 30% less space than the PS4 Pro but is twice as powerful. It is also more productive than a desktop PC with a GTX 1080 video card and can run Battlefield V with ray tracing enabled at a frame rate exceeding 60. Another example of a laptop is the Acer Predator Triton 500 equipped with an RTX 2060 video card. According to Huang, it is faster than the desktop with the GTX 1070, and 1.6 times more powerful than the PS4 Pro.
The line contains 40 models, which will enter the market on January 29th.
